Series Description:
This 4-week series is designed to support deep nervous system regulation, stress relief, and emotional balance. Each week offers a different restorative experience, blending yoga, breath work, meditation, and sound healing. Together, these practices create space to slow down, reset, and reconnect. Perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or simply needing intentional time to rest and restore.

Week 1: Grounding Yoga + Breath Work + Body Scan (90 min)

This Session invites you to slow down and reconnect with your body through gentle, floor-based grounding yoga supported by props. We'll move into simple, calming breath work to regulate the nervous system and settle the mind. The practice closes with a guided body scan (Yoga Nidra), allowing you to rest deeply while awareness softens inward. A nourishing start to the series, designed to help you feel grounded, supported, and at ease.

Week 2: Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath (90 min)

This deeply restful session focuses on stillness and support. You’ll be guided into a few fully supported restorative yoga poses, held for extended periods to allow the body to release and unwind. As you rest, you’ll be immersed in a soothing sound bath with crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments. This combination helps calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, and create a deep sense of relaxation and inner peace.

Week 3: Yoga Nidra (Guided Meditation) + Sound Bath (90 min)

This session is dedicated to deep rest and inner stillness. You’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, a restorative meditation practice that brings the body into complete relaxation while the mind remains gently aware. As the practice integrates, a calming sound bath supports deeper release and balance. Together, these practices create space to quiet the mind, restore energy, and leave you feeling grounded, clear, and deeply rested.

Week 4: Breath Work + Restorative Yoga (90 min)

This closing session combines gentle breath work with fully supported restorative yoga to deepen relaxation and integration. We begin with simple breathing techniques to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system, then transition into long-held, comfortable restorative postures. This practice creates space for the body to release tension and fully rest. A grounding and soothing way to complete the series, leaving you feeling calm, balanced, and restored.
