Grounding Yoga (60 minutes)

Discover balance, presence, and inner peace through this slow-paced grounding practice designed to leave you feeling calm and deeply relaxed.

This class focuses on floor-based and supported postures—such as seated, kneeling, and supine poses—using props like blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters to encourage comfort and alignment. Each shape is held for 3 to 5 breaths, inviting you to tune into your body’s sensations and the rhythm of your breath.

Rooted in the mindful principles of Hatha and inspired by the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar, Grounding Yoga blends movement, breath, and mindfulness to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and prepare the mind for meditation.

Each class closes with a restful Savasana, allowing your body to fully integrate the practice and leave you feeling grounded, centered, and renewed.

Perfect for all levels, this class is a sanctuary to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance—both on and off the mat.

All equipment is provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 hours prior to class. Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your credit or fee. Refunds are not available.
