
Mat Pilates | 45 Minutes (Beginner/Intermediate)
Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to build core strength, improve posture, and support healthy movement patterns. Rooted in the work of Joseph Pilates, this practice emphasizes precision, control, breath, and mindful movement. Expect a mix of standing, kneeling, and floor-based exercises targeting the core, back, hips, and glutes. Small props may be used to enhance strength and stability. Modifications are always offered, making this class accessible for beginners while still engaging for experienced practitioners.
