
Yoga Nidra (60 minutes)
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of deep relaxation and inner awareness. Lying comfortably supported, you’ll be guided through stages of body scanning, breath awareness, and visualization to calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore balance.
This soothing practice offers a sanctuary for complete rest and renewal—perfect for beginners and experienced meditators alike.
This practice is all floor based with supports of blankets and props as needed.
All equipment is provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
