
Yogalates (60 minutes) – Strength, Balance & Flow
Experience the best of both worlds with Yogalates, a fusion of yoga and Pilates designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance posture while cultivating mind-body awareness.
This beginner-friendly class combines yoga asanas, Pilates mat exercises, and mindful breathwork to create a balanced practice that tones the body while easing stress and promoting relaxation. With a focus on controlled movement, proper alignment, and breath connection, you’ll build strength, stability, and mobility—leaving each session feeling energized, centered, and refreshed.
Expect a mix of standing, kneeling, and floor-based exercises, followed by a soothing mini Savasana to help your body and mind fully integrate the practice.
All equipment is provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own.
