Step into a peaceful sanctuary softly illuminated by candlelight and allow yourself to fully let go.
This 90-minute experience begins with guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation often called “yogic sleep.” As you rest comfortably, you’ll be gently led into a state between waking and dreaming—where profound healing, clarity, and nervous system restoration can unfold.
From there, you’ll drift into a soothing sound bath, surrounded by the gentle vibrations of crystal singing bowls and delicate chimes. These calming frequencies help release stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and guide you into a state of deep inner balance and peace.
This offering is designed to support emotional release, mental clarity, and complete relaxation—leaving you feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

What to Bring:
Wear comfortable, cozy clothes — soft layers, warm socks… even pajamas are welcome!
Bring anything that makes you feel safe and supported (eye pillow, scarf, special stone).
Eat lightly beforehand. Since we’ll be lying down much of the class, a full stomach might not feel comfortable. Aim to finish eating at least an hour before class.
Come as you are, and leave feeling renewed, restored, and deeply at peace.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made a minimum of 3 hours prior to class. Cancellations made after this period, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of your credit or fee. Refunds are not available.
